What kind of training do team members go through?

New technicians are subject to background checks and are required to attend one on one training sessions with senior staff.  All technicians receive ongoing training on the latest cleaning techniques and equipment.  The average BULLSEYE team member has 5 years of industry experience.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, and we will provide you with a certificate of insurance upon request.

How many technicians will you send to my office and will it be the same people each time?

A typical cleaning crew consists of 1 or 2 technicians.  A single cleaning crew will be assigned to your office so that familiarity with your specific needs continues to improve over the life of our relationship. 

Do you provide cleaning materials and equipment?

Yes, we provide all cleaning materials and equipment.  If you prefer to provide these, then our technicians will use the materials and/or equipment that you supply.

Do you provide janitorial consumable supplies?

Yes, we can supply your office with toilet paper, paper towels, liners, hand soap, etc. at very competative prices on request.

Do I need to do anything before your carpet  or floor cleaning team arrives?

In order for us to provide you with efficient service, it is helpful for the office/home to be picked up and free of clutter.  Saving us time saves you money.
